For Malaysia delivery:

• We use company transport for FREE DELIVERY around the Klang Valley area.
• We provide one free delivery trip within Klang Valley for orders above RM1,500, within a distance of 40km.
• For orders below RM1,500, a delivery charge of RM80 per trip will apply.
• Lalamove or Grab delivery is also available for urgent deliveries. Please contact our salesperson for the charges.

• To other states, we partner with GDEX courier services and courier charge will be imposed on your side.

• International delivery, we use DHL, FedEx and SF express. Please contact us to check for shipping rates.

ℹ️ International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are charged once your package reaches the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

ℹ️ We are not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or delays caused by courier services during the delivery process.

ℹ️ Full payment, including shipping charges, is required before delivery.

Q: How fast do you ship my order?

Once we have received your Artwork confirmation and full payment, we will proceed with your order and arrange shipment within 5–14 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

For orders without printing, the goods will be ready for collection from our office or dispatched on the next working day.

Q: Is my product ordered will be ready & delivery exactly on time schedule stated?

Although the products displayed are currently in stock and ready for logo imprinting, some ready-stock quantities are limited and may require time to restock.

The delivery schedule and time frame shown are for your reference only. Actual delivery times may vary due to time zones, weather conditions, courier delays, or technical issues. However, there is no need to worry, as our admin team will closely follow up on every order you place.

Q: How do you calculate the shipping rate and delivery time?

For courier services, we use GDEX and DHL’s official systems to calculate shipping costs and delivery times.

Additional charges will only apply if any special packing arrangement is required.
